Fall Fitness Challenge
Starts September 9th
2020 has been a devastating year on our mental health, fitness & eating habits.
Let’s set new habits together by checking them off together:
1. Revitalize your fall fitness habits and a small business by completing 30 classes at BodyLift Fitness in 40 days.
2. Daily water intake (80 ounces).
3. Cut out processed snacks.
4. Read a daily motivational mantra.
Nothing will change if you don't start the process. Here is your chance to start. Make yourself feel great again, mind and body. I will sprinkle in surprise bonus classes throughout the month for "make-up days". If you attend this class it can make up for a missed day, even if you already worked out that day. 10 rest days are included for recovery (note* taking two classes in a day only counts for one workout, unless it is a bonus workout posted by me). Weekly Prizes by checking off habits. These will be determined by participation.
MEMBERS - $25 challenge fee (includes pre & post body composition scan)
NON-MEMBERS- $99 includes unlimited classes for 40 days/pre & post composition scan - note the $99 fee will recur monthly for classes until canceled.
This challenge was also created to support a current client, Kylee Brown.
Kylee wants to crush her fitness goals & stay sane with the planning until the wedding at the end of Oct. Lets support each other and the bride to be!
