"Yoga has been a tool to keep me active and pain free. It helps me clear my mind in addition to letting me escape after a hectic day of work. My main goal as an instructor is to help you feel good both physically and mentally."

KRYSTAL IRWIN, PN1
Instructor
Krystal is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and specializes in pregnant and postpartum fitness. After the birth of her son she decided to specialize working with the pregnant and postpartum population because movement (along with professional medical help) was so monumental in her own postpartum depression recovery. Krystal is the mom of one miracle little boy + two furkids, and comes to us by way of Oregon, Alaska, and Texas. Ask her what she loves outside of fitness and nutrition and she'll tell you she's a lover of true crime, scuba diving, peanut butter, and unicorns.

"I love seeing other moms, dads, and caregivers break out of their shells and do the things they didn't think they could do. I firmly believe that fitness looks different for every body and strive to make sure that no one feels like an underdog in my classes."
MEGAN ROBINSON
Instructor
Megan began her relationship with fitness at a young age while taking dance classes. The light-bulb really went off in the tenth grade, when she got to do Tae Bo videos in her physical education classes. Megan began taking some yoga classes sporadically during college, while completing her Masters Degree in Physiology. Her passion for Yoga really fired up after she took a position at a medical based fitness center in Cleveland, Ohio. Megan is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, trained in Pre-Natal and Senior Yoga as well as general Yoga practice. Megan also holds an American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor Certification, Mind Body Specialist Certification, and a Senior Fitness Specialist Certification. Through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Megan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She looks forward to incorporating all of her skills into each class to help students become stronger, more flexible, and more at peace.

"I believe fitness is for everybody. For example, saying you're not flexible enough for yoga is like saying you are too dirty for a shower."
