HEATHER DRESSLER, CP PN1
Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach/Instructor/Owner
Heather's approach to fitness is simple. Her advice to her clients is to keep it simple and learn to love to move. She believes in training in a manner that teaches her clients to utilize their own bodies and to be creative in any space they have. Heather feels that you can enjoy everything in moderation and reminds people to don't forget to enjoy life. Heather is a graduate from North Dakota State University and she holds a Masters Degree in Prosthetics, and has a background in Kinesiology, Biology, Physiology, and Physical Therapy. She grew up training in classical ballet, and has always been in tune with the body and movement. She loves training people and seeing changes in their bodies and their lives. Heather is Certified in Precision Nutrition Exercise Nutrition and E-RYT® 500, YACEP®. She is married to her husband Nicholas, and they have 2 boys, Kannon and Holden.

HEATHER KOSTELECKY
Yoga Instructor
Heather has been practicing Yoga for about 4 years, and in 2019 decided to become an instructor and completed her 200 Hour YTT Certification to expand her knowledge of yoga. Heather is an active person who enjoys the little things in life, and the feeling and rush of a good workout. Heather is a Dickinson native that also loves playing Volleyball and running to stay active.
"Yoga has been a tool to keep me active and pain free. It helps me clear my mind in addition to letting me escape after a hectic day of work. My main goal as an instructor is to help you feel good both physically and mentally."
Rebecca Christenson
Instructor, Trainer
Rebecca Christenson is a busy, active wife and mama to four children and has been a professional in the fitness industry for 20+ years. She has a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from UW Eau Claire and is a certified Personal and Group Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She has owned her training business - Daley Success Personal Training since 2005 and taught group classes at various health clubs over the years. Before moving from MN with her husband last August, she conducted live and virtual personal and small group training out of her home gym and coached outdoor and virtual Becca’s Boot Camp. Her passion is to inspire and empower others to become better versions of themselves - mind, body and spirit.
Rachael Sisson
Instructor
Rachael is a wife and mother of two boys ages five (5) and three (3). She has been practicing yoga for 12 years. Her passions include trail running and hiking, camping with her family, training her K9, Harley Quinn, and being in the mountains. Rachael is a teacher at Dickinson High School. She earned her yoga certification from Breathe for Change and is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
MADISON KNODEL
Instructor
Madison started yoga, mainly yoga sculpt, as a way to escape the realities of work and school and the stressors of life. She began to have an interest in teaching after a good friend of hers was certified in yoga sculpt. Madison was certified in Fargo, at Mojo Fit Studios and teaches there during the school year.

Marley McChesney
Instructor
Marley is a Dickinson native and student at Dickinson State University with a deep appreciation for movement and wellness. Growing up she was involved in many sports and liked to stay busy and active. She started her fitness journey as a way to escape the stresses of school and grew passionate about feeling good and being healthy. Driven by her belief in the impact in the transformative impact of mindful movement, Marley chose to teach Pilates to share the joy and empowerment it brought to her own life. Marley believes in creating a positive and empowering environment for her clients.
JOLEA KUKOWSKI
Instructor
Jolea Kukowski is a Dickinson native and a graduate of Dickinson State University. She received her Yoga certification two years ago to expand her own personal practice, which led to her becoming a teacher.

SHANNON HALVORSON
Instructor
Shannon Halvorson has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry from teaching classes, personal training, and coaching. She is a ACSM certified personal trainer and holds many certifications for fitness classes and specialties including ACSM Nutrition Specialist, ACSM Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1, TRX, and Les Mills.
