BODYLIFT FITNESS CLASSES

A foundational yoga class for the new or advanced Yogi. The class will focus on 4-6 key poses in a sequences along with transition poses, flow work and a few sun salutations. 

LEVEL: All Levels, Modifiable

BASIC YOGA

Heated  yoga will take place in a room with temperatures ranging from 85 to 95 degrees to aid in detoxification of the body. Modifiable for most.

LEVEL: Intermediate and above

HEATED YOGA

We will combine movement and breath with poses. Vinyasa Flow or Power may be used in class. We will generate body heat and build muscle tone. 

 

LEVEL: All Levels, Modifiable

YOGA

 Full body workout emphasizing the core as its base movements. This class combines yoga flow and core for an energetic class. Strengthen, stretch and flow in this amazing class.

CORE YOGA

This slower paced yoga flow sequence focuses on 3-5 postures in a warm (not hot) room. Increase circulation and improve flexibility.

WARM YOGA

Slower paced yoga class.  Concentrating on range of motion, slow Vinyasa and recovery poses. This class is made to center the mind while recovering the body. This class will be done in a warm room.

This class has elements of pilates, yoga and functional training. Each move is usually repetitive, using body weight, core training and smaller weights. In each energizing class you get a full body tone!

Our most efficient full body workout, made to burn calories and build strength. Every week is different! Great cardio & strength class combined. Get your metabolism burning!

BOOT CAMP

Strengthening the core with bonus moves for the booty and arms. The room is heated to sweat and detoxify your body. Quick and efficient ab sculpting class.

CORE 30

This a highly effective cardio and strength workout. In this class, you’ll ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome music. Your lungs will be pumping, you'll also work your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core.

CYCLE

Foam rollers are used to roll out muscle groups to increase flexibility, reduce soreness, and eliminating muscle knots with self-myofascial release. Join us for this awesome recovery class. If you have your own foam roller please bring it to class, limited supply at the studio.

FOAM ROLLING

Low impact class works in small concentric, repetitive movements to strengthen, tone and gain flexibility at the same time gaining endurance. The emphasis is on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

PILATES + CORE 30

A highly effective cardio and strength workout. You’ll ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome music and add in light weight intervals to build strength.

CYCLE + STRENGTH

This total body workout will use weights to build lean sculpted muscles. Integrating core and full body movements.  Usually done in rep schemes. Moderate to Heavy weights are used to burn more calories throughout the day.

DUMBBELL SCULPT

This class is taught by a virtual (pre-recorded) instructor. Our On Demand Studio will take you through a rigorous High Intensity class. Burning through calories and raising your heart rate throughout class.
