24-sessions-$1080 ($45 per session)
36-sessions-$1440 ($40 per session)

Small Group Training and Bootcamps
Working out in a group is a guarantee to good results. Help each other in taking the next step to getting moving and more fit, reach your weight loss goal, or train for a race. Training will be multi level and progressive with the goal of increasing everyone's skills. Groups can range is size depending on space, environment and training goals.
