What you need:
Facebook access to the group page for nutrition guidance, info and at home workouts, either a BodyLift membership or punch passes (passes come with the program cost). the myfitnesspal app for nutrition logging (this is a free download and no need to upgrade). Access to print a weekly task calendar (or pick these up at BodyLift Fitness) .
You MUST be ready for CHANGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, EDUCATION & MOTIVATION!
Must be register by August 29th to be ready for the first phase starting Sept 4th
